Dallington Properties is a privately owned property development and investment company operating in the Greater London area. Our focus is on quality refurbishment and redevelopment projects across London, with particular concentration on Central, West and South West London. To date Dallington Properties has undertaken numerous developments varying from single unit refurbishments, to mixed use multiple unit schemes.

The management have between them acquired and sold Central London assets with transactions totalling over £150 million. These property transactions have been across varying facets of the property market, including the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.
